- Serve as the lead writer on campaigns or projects, taking ownership of messaging from concept to final execution.
- Partner with the Creative Director (Art) to create and manage the execution of brand campaigns featuring best-in-class creative work that positions D’Addario as an iconic brand—not just within our category, but among global brands.
- Collaborate with the CMO, Global Strategy Director, Creative Leaders, Artist Relations teams to execute strategy, develop marketing tactics, and brainstorm compelling creative concepts.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for a variety of platforms, including web, email, social media, print, and video.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct research to inform copy and stay updated on industry trends and competitive messaging.
- Participate in creative reviews and respond to feedback with thoughtful revisions.
- Support the Senior Copywriter and marketing team with additional writing tasks as needed.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice across channels Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience developing fresh, inspired work across all mediums.
- Significant experience crafting both B2B and B2C campaigns at leading advertising or promotional agency.
- Demonstrated conceptual and executional skills, as well as strong strategic chops
- Must have strong design and presentation skills
- Ability to direct and manage multiple projects and creative personalities within a fast-paced environment to meet key project milestones and business objectives
- Familiarity with digital content formats, SEO basics, and marketing best practices
- Must have solid organizational and time management skills
-Ability to constructively critique, refine, and develop work from concept to execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding and experience with production practices for Print, Packaging, Video, and Web
