OverviewThe Corporate Communications Group produces articles, brochures, website content, multimedia content and more. As a US Content Associate, you will collaborate directly with members of our sales, service and marketing organizations. You will create and update written materials, talking points, presentation booklets, webinar decks and other resources for our US private client sales and service personnel and act as a go-to expert for content-related questions from internal clients. You will report to the US Content Team Leader.The Day-to-Day:Assists internal clients with their content needs, including finding and recommending appropriate resources and/or drafting detailed responses to address specific questions and concernsContributes to the library of existing content by completing regular data refreshes of informational materials and maintaining the firm-wide content repository platformDrafts market- and current events-related internal and external deliverables, including weekly talking points and “This Week at a Glance”Prepares custom presentation materials for private client sales and service organizationsCreates new materials for projects you will own from start to finish, such as short-form informational content, brochures, webinar decks, and internal process documentsDrafts firm-wide communications containing helpful resources for internal clientsEngages with capital markets topics and firm philosophy daily by reading market news, conducting research and writingWorks onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environmentAdditional responsibilities may include:Designing and building interactive digital content experiences from ideation to publicationMaintaining existing digital content experiences by updating data and interactivityYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredHigh level of attention to detailExperience editing for clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy with few revisions neededInterest in learning about capital markets and our investment philosophyExcellent communication skillsExperience managing several projects and using insights to guide decisionsClient focus with desire to support our global growthWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
