Experience with forecasting and financial analysis to ensure proper resource allocation
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, sumifs, and vlookups
Ability to manage, structure, and consolidate multiple data sources into intelligent reports
Ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously
Experience with finance/forecasting/allocation tools such as TPAS, PMMT, GEP Smart, SAFE, eLedger
Analytical experience with the ability to make sense of data from multiple sources
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Prior relevant experience in similar roles
Experience in managing technology executive allocations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage technology executive's base and initiative allocations
Report and mitigate monthly variance between forecasts and actuals
Partner with project and resource managers to capture resource allocations and forecasts
Provide inputs for weekly financial updates on the financial health of the organization
Leverage allocation reporting tools for project-level resource allocations
Support the yearly planning process, including project/initiative, Base, OCNI, and TCOA
Track work efforts against team capacity and allocate in internal tools
Research funding or allocation gaps/discrepancies and assist in resolution
Partner with the program execution team to balance service provider estimates
