We are seeking a High Level Superintendent with historic preservation experience to oversee a $20M project in the DC Metro area. This individual will serve as the lead superintendent, managing day-to-day operations, safety, scheduling, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery on a 12-18-month timeline.As Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field operations on a high-profile historic preservation project. You will coordinate all aspects of construction, oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain alignment with project budgets and timelines. This role requires a strong background in historic preservation, new construction, and large-scale project leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily field operations, including safety, scheduling, and quality control.Manage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics.Ensure compliance with project specifications and owner requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.Maintain accurate documentation in Procore, P6, and other platforms.Support project milestones and deliverables while driving team performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
