We are seeking a High Level Superintendent with historic preservation experience to oversee a $20M project in the DC Metro area. This individual will serve as the lead superintendent, managing day-to-day operations, safety, scheduling, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery on a 12-18-month timeline.As Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field operations on a high-profile historic preservation project. You will coordinate all aspects of construction, oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain alignment with project budgets and timelines.
