- Design and implement comprehensive automation systems tailored for Building Automation, SCADA, or Industrial Controls.
- Facilitate integrations between control systems, industrial sensors, IT infrastructure, and databases.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure project satisfaction.
- Create and deploy advanced dashboards and alerts using real-time data.
- Lead or support multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence from Monday through Friday.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Building Automation, SCADA, or Industrial Automation.
- Proficiency with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and OPC.
- Experience with SQL Server and database integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with PLC/Control systems (e.g., Rockwell, GE).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Eligibility for credentialing requirements for government project access (CAC eligibility).
- Experience with client platforms.
- Skills in UX/industrial design or artistic dashboard development.
- Familiarity with IoT protocols and smart device integration (BACnet, SNMP, MQTT).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI, etc.).
- Understanding of SCIM/SSO integration and cybersecurity best practices.
