(Based on experience)We’re looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team during our busy production season. In this role, you’ll operate high-end, industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered garments.Job Description:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial embroidery machinesLoad digitized designs and manage thread/needle changesHoop garments and apply proper backingInspect finished goods for quality and conformancePerform daily machine maintenance (oiling, lint control)Collaborate with teammates on production issuesQualifications:Prior industrial embroidery machine operation experience is requiredAbility to identify and work with various machine models (please include model(s) used on resume)Fast-paced production experience preferredBasic computer/data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and teamwork skillsSpanish-speaking candidates are welcome
