
Loan Operations Administrator

- Responsible for the quality control review of submitted loan boarding packages for new loans and change in terms on existing loans (commercial, real estate, etc.), ensuring quality, completeness and accuracy, to be submitted to the boarding team for entering on the bank’s core system - Adhering to the required separation of duties between package preparation and quality control.
- Prepare closing packages (closing letters and copies of all signed loan documents), ensuring quality, completeness, and accuracy, to be sent to the borrowers. As well as responsible for tracking, reviewing & completing loan documentation ticklers on the bank’s tickler system.
- Provides administrative support to the loan closers, as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to assigned post-funding tasks and/or requests. Participates in and supervises special projects assigned by management
- 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Knowledge of one or more loan types.
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
