- Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, cultivating trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Assume responsibility for client satisfaction and retention, ensuring timely response to needs, concerns, and escalations
- Provide proactive consultation, delivering tailored technology strategies that align with each client's goals and evolving business requirements
- Own and monitor account health, identifying risks, opportunities, and growth potential through regular engagement and business reviews
- Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews, renewal discussions, and roadmap planning to drive long-term client value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, ensuring that service delivery, project execution, and support align with client expectations
- Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and internal service offerings, translating insights into relevant guidance for clients
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative roles within technology, IT services, B2B services, sales, or other B2B environments
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in communications, business administration, management, or any other related field is preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
- Strong business acumen with confidence in engaging executives and business leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism
