Laarnie Soma Agency has been going strong since January 2023—and we’re just getting started. Our tight-knit team of two (including my husband!) thrives in a laid-back, supportive environment where team players can truly shine. We believe in balancing independence with collaboration, and we’re all about celebrating wins—whether it’s through team lunches, weekly Starbucks rewards, or fun competitions with cash prizes. With nearly 8 years of experience as a team member in my home state of Hawaii and a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, I bring deep industry knowledge and a passion for mentorship. Since moving to the area in 2021, my family and I have fully embraced the local community—my children attend Shoreline schools, and my son proudly plays for the Shoreline Tides. We’re here to make a difference, both in our clients’ lives and in the careers of those who join our team.
