You will be responsible for providing one on one personal and supportive assistance to clients in their homes.Do you enjoy providing assistance to seniors and disabled individuals? Well, you’re at the right place.We offer weekly pay, paid holidays including your birthday, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and other incentives.You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC in their homes.Those duties will include: - Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
- Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
- To drive/escort the client to and from appointments/activities as requested.
- Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1 year In-Home Care experience.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current First Aid Certification.
- TB/PPD.
- Driver’s License/State ID.
