- Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination
- Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information
- Help organize site visits, tradeshows, and marketing materials
- 1–2 years in hotel admin or sales support
- Detail-oriented and strong with emails and scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and time management
