What You'll Do
Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line
Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats
Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards
Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits
Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor
What You'll BringExperience and Education:
1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred
Skills and Attributes:
A kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics
Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment
Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
