- Makes suggestions to enhance performance and improve processes.
- Assists with implementation of new processes and systems.
- Assists with the creation or updating of fiscal and administrative policies and procedures across all work units within the bureau. The priority will be policies and procedures that need to be updated to address audit findings.
- Assists with the identification and mitigation of risks across all work units within the bureau.
- Requests warrant cancellations. Reviews and approves draw requests.
- Processes daily downloads and produces daily trust fund cash reports. Adds/Updates FLAIR financial coding values.
- Serves as back-up for reconciliation.
- Serves as back up for Revolving Fund reconciliation and takes the appropriate action to clear any stale dated outstanding checks from the account.
- Assists with QA reviews; audits and inspects financial records. Clears property pending file and monthly property reconciliation.
- Provides QA reviews of FLAIR upload files. Processes batch upload files. Processes Reemployment Tax Invoices.

- 4 years of experience working in a Finance & Accounting office for the State of Florida.
- 4 years of accounting experience.
- 4 years of Statewide Financial Statements experience.
- 4 years of FLAIR experience.
- 4 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, or interpreting financial data.
- 4 years of Trust Fund reconciliation experience.
- 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, or Power Point).
