Waterlogic Americas is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Raleigh, NC!

  • Perform tasks in areas such as customer service, purchasing, invoicing, and warehouse related functions
  • Answer calls and respond to emails from customers and fellow associates in a timely manner
  • Take orders via phone and e-mail; place them through our website
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Enter orders into billing system accurately and efficiently

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service/support experience
  • Previous invoicing or purchasing experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with MS Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems and processes
