Our company seeks a goal-oriented Account Representative to help us generate revenue and improve sales. As an Account Representative, you will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and offering the company’s products and services to new and existing clients. Additionally, your job will review and manage client accounts and ensure the accuracy of their information.Your goal as an Account Representative will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and reach prospective clients through cold-calling, email, newsletters, etc. If clients face any problems or have complaints, you will be there to help them resolve issues. You will also prepare and maintain records of client accounts, payments, sales activities, etc.Our ideal candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and sales skills.Account Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and customer service
  • Prepare and develop proposals and offers to prospective clients
  • Help clients understand the benefits of using the company’s products and services
  • Review and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Advise clients on the company’s products and services and negotiate sales terms
  • Handle client complaints, problems, and inquiries, and resolve problems and disputes
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions and close deals
  • Present and promote products and services to new clients
  • Reach prospective clients via cold-calling, emails, newsletters, etc
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of client accounts, payments, sales activity, etc
Account Representative Requirements:
  • Working experience as an Account Representative or a similar position
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
  • The ability to negotiate well and close deals
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Extraordinary problem-solving abilities
  • Organization and time management
