  • Expertise in Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.
  • Experience in LLM Integration, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), chain-of-thought orchestration, tool use, and function calling
  • Strong Python coding skills (asyncio, FastAPI/Flask, multiprocessing)
  • Familiarity with Model Ops tools like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Mistral, and open-source models
  • Proficiency in Deployment Skills, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and GPU optimization
  • Ability to architect AI System Designs, including multi-agent systems, reasoning pipelines, and task automation flows
  • Leadership skills at the manager level, including team mentoring, project scoping, model evaluation strategies, and cross-functional alignment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks
  • Background in AI research or publications in related fields
  • Experience working in diverse and inclusive teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals
  • Continuously evaluate and improve AI models and systems
