Designs will also support our B2B efforts including national sales incentives and recognition programs, dealer meetings, and community events.What you’ll be doingDesignDevelop and execute strategic design and marketing materials that promote the Toyota Financial Services (TFS), Lexus Financial Services (LFS) and our Private Label brands to drive incremental sales volume and dealer loyaltyStrategize on messaging, design thinking, and brand positioning for new and current business objectivesSupport the sustainment and execution of TFS Brand Identity for team members, customers, dealers, divisions, and communityWork effectively with the project teams (Project Managers, stakeholders, the Design Manager, and executives) to craft design solutions that clearly meet briefs and/or company objectives as well as timelines and budgetsExecute concepting, creative strategy, design, layout, color, composition, brand, typography, and communication skills for both print and digital mediaCreate print-ready files and work with print vendors for print productionOwn deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detailCreatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlinesVideo/Motion GraphicEdit footage, create animations, input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to develop compelling videos for internal and external audiences for channels such as websites, social media, and conferencesUI/UXDesign user interface for customer and dealer websites or mobile apps, from the layout to colors and fontsDepartmental LeadershipConstantly strive for better, more innovative solutions across marketing channelsKeep up to date on industry standards and new technologies and trendsPartner with external vendors to get projects completed on time and on budgetWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in fine arts, Graphic Design or Advertising2-5 years of marketing design experience (in similar field and/or industry)Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and analytical skillsExperience presenting work in front of leadershipAdvanced experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, TeamsAdvanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including (but not limited to) InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XDIntermediate experience with UI/UX software such as XD and FigmaA strong portfolio, available onlineAdded bonus if you haveAgency experience is preferredFigma or Zeplin experience is a plusDesign Project Management experienceWhat we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
