- Learn about your clients’ challenges and needs. Develop technical roadmaps and solutions in support of their strategies and goals.
- Inspire change by communicating recommendations and strategic vision across all levels of your clients’ organizations (from CIO to individual contributor).
- Demonstrate thought leadership by staying up to date with the latest technologies and architectural frameworks.
- Design and lead implementation of data platforms (data lakes, real-time analytics, data mesh, and hybrid-cloud ecosystems) and applications using DevOps best practices.
- Act as delivery lead on client projects, planning and ensuring the successful technical delivery of the solution.
- Get hands-on and code! This role will be responsible for technical delivery as well.
- Assist pre-sales teams with technical scoping of prospective client engagements.
- Elevate our team’s capabilities by coaching and mentoring junior teammates.
- 5+ years in solution architecture or principal engineering roles, ideally within enterprise consulting or large-scale digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end data pipelines, enterprise-grade applications, and DevOps toolchains.
- Strong application development background in modern frameworks (Java, Python, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of modern enterprise-grade DevOps and data architecture design and implementation (e.g., data lake, data warehouse, and data mesh design patterns)
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding problem solver.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (Jenkins, Argo, Google Cloud Build, etc.)
- Professional-level certification from a major public cloud vendor (Google Cloud Professional, AWS Professional, etc.)
- Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as code (e.g., HashiCorp Terraform)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either deploying/managing clusters or utilizing a public cloud-managed solution, e.g, Google Kubernetes Engine)
- Familiarity with cloud-native data ecosystems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse), stream processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.), and Lakehouse architectures.
