  • Own and maintain sales reports and dashboards
  • Deliver insights on pipeline trends, conversion rates & forecast accuracy
  • Lead month-end reporting cycles and support ad hoc requests
🔍 Pipeline Audits & Data Integrity
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with sales teams to enforce data standards
⚙ Salesforce Optimization
  • Design and manage dashboards
  • Monitor usage and provide feedback for improvement
💰 Commissions & Finance Support
  • Validate and reconcile commission data
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and revenue tracking
📈 Lead Fee & Customer Insights
  • Manage lead fee tracking and reporting
  • Analyze customer segmentation and engagement trends
QualificationsWhat You Bring:✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✅ 2+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM management
✅ Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms
✅ Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
