Our client is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst (Fonteva/Salesforce) in the Cleveland areaPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Financial Systems Analyst to support the post-implementation adoption and ongoing optimization of our newly deployed Fonteva (Salesforce-native) platform. This role will be pivotal in bridging finance operations with technology, ensuring accurate reporting, training end users, and enhancing the value of our financial systems and member engagement tools.The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, hands-on Salesforce experience, and the communication skills to support teams across the organization.Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional expert and administrator for Fonteva financial modules within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports to support finance, membership, and leadership teams.
Deliver training, documentation, and support to end users to drive adoption and effective use of Fonteva.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and optimize system workflows.
Assist in post-launch improvements, data integrity checks, and issue resolution.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to configure features and support business goals.
Support integrations between Fonteva and other key systems (e.g., Quickbooks).
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, accounting operations, or business systems support.
Some understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and financial workflows.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required (administration, reporting, or user support).
Experience with Fonteva is a plus, but not required.
Strong Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Reports).
Proven ability to train non-technical users and document processes clearly.
