If the Facilities Maintenance Technician position sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:Perform basic handyman tasks, including repairs to fixtures, fittings, and furniture.Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) inspections, such as lighting checks and HVAC filter changes.Manage and supervise contractors on-site, enforcing safe systems of work and permit-to-work compliance.Support small-to-medium facility projects and assist with installation or removal of equipment.Monitor building systems, report issues via FM Helpdesk, and maintain accurate records of completed works.Candidates for Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:Proven experience in a general maintenance or handyman role in a facilities/building services environment.Knowledge of contractor management and permit-to-work systems.Ability to carry out PPM inspections using checklists and tools.Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance standards.Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.What's in this Maintenance Technician position for you?Pay: $26/hourShift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch)Weekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis Maintenance Technician role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.
