Position Description:Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Northlake, TexasWarehouse Positions Pay Weekly
  • Hourly Pay $26.00 per hour.
  • Additional Pay: $1.50 per hour shift premium
  • Overtime Pay $39.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm; must be flexible, hours may vary and may include some weekend hours.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
  • Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
  • Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues

  • Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment
  • Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors
  • Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
  • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
  • Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
