With 13 thriving franchise locations, we are rapidly growing—and we’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating schedules, supporting mitigation teams, and ensuring top-notch service from the very first call.Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Accurately document customer information into company systems
Schedule initial inspections with customers and mitigation teams
Adjust and update schedules as needed to meet customer and operational needs
Perform file audits to ensure accuracy and completion of documentation
Communicate changes and updates promptly to management, customers, and team members
Provide after-hours phone support on a rotating basis (nights + weekends)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service experience (restoration, construction, or service industry preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Professional phone presence with patience and active listening skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
