- Lead & Support – Provide supervision, training, and guidance to clinical staff and interns.
- Strengthen Partnerships – Build collaborative relationships with referral sources, providers, and community agencies.
- Ensure Quality – Review clinical documentation, support crisis interventions, and uphold the highest standards of care.
- Shape Programming – Help develop program curricula that align with evidence-based practices and GAAMHA’s mission.
- Make an Impact – Facilitate groups, provide counseling, and empower women on their recovery journey.
- Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Licensure or certification in Substance Use Disorders or Mental Health (CADC, LADC-I, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in substance use counseling and 2 years of supervisory experience in a co-occurring treatment setting.
- Knowledge of mutual aid support groups and a commitment to multiple pathways of recovery.
- Experience in recovery homes, BSAS-funded programs, or treatment services for pregnant and postpartum women is a plus.
- Strong communication, cultural competence, and a deep respect for confidentiality (HIPAA & 42CFR Part 2).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass CORI and Adam Walsh/CPS Background Check.
- You provide supervision to: All clinical staff.
- You are supervised by: The Program Director and Clinical Supervision provided by the Clinical Director.
