We provide trauma-informed, family centered care in a safe and supportive environment that reflects our core values: Respect, Humility, Integrity, Empathy and Persistence.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (CS) to lead, inspire, and support the Sunrise Ridge clinical team. This role ensures that treatment services are compassionate, evidence based, and recovery-focused while remaining fully compliant with state, federal, and contractual requirements.As Clinical Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead & Support – Provide supervision, training, and guidance to clinical staff and interns.
  • Strengthen Partnerships – Build collaborative relationships with referral sources, providers, and community agencies.
  • Ensure Quality – Review clinical documentation, support crisis interventions, and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Shape Programming – Help develop program curricula that align with evidence-based practices and GAAMHA’s mission.
  • Make an Impact – Facilitate groups, provide counseling, and empower women on their recovery journey.
What You’ll Bring
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Licensure or certification in Substance Use Disorders or Mental Health (CADC, LADC-I, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in substance use counseling and 2 years of supervisory experience in a co-occurring treatment setting.
  • Knowledge of mutual aid support groups and a commitment to multiple pathways of recovery.
  • Experience in recovery homes, BSAS-funded programs, or treatment services for pregnant and postpartum women is a plus.
  • Strong communication, cultural competence, and a deep respect for confidentiality (HIPAA & 42CFR Part 2).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass CORI and Adam Walsh/CPS Background Check.
Supervision Structure
  • You provide supervision to: All clinical staff.
  • You are supervised by: The Program Director and Clinical Supervision provided by the Clinical Director.
