- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Managing and supervising the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
- Ensures that key controls in place are assessed and amended, as necessary, based upon the nature of transformation initiatives and that post implementation they are functioning in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Legislation
- Seeks to maximize operational efficiency across the accounting organization by enhancing, developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures and systems that will improve overall effectiveness and control for the company
- Assists in the development, maintenance and standardization of financial and operational policies / procedures across business segments
- Coordinates acquisition-integration efforts with other project resources
- Acts as finance point of contact for the field Accounting Directors to direct accounting and various requests of the accounting function.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 12+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, Executive MBA Program; or Graduate of Finance Leadership Development Program.
- Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and management performance analytics.
- Familiarity with various financial systems and technologies, including ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
