- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days, MondayFriday (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
- Float Requirements: None

- Weekends/Holidays: None
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,490 - $2,670
- Active Iowa Pharmacist License (required for Iowa pharmacy jobs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 5+ years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- EPIC Willow charting experience required
- Experience in critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo/outpatient infusion, and compounding
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage change effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Support inpatient, outpatient, and infusion pharmacy operations
- Perform compounding and chemo/outpatient infusion duties as needed
- Utilize EPIC Willow for accurate charting and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Apply strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills in daily practice
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented healthcare environment
