- Uphold VHB’s brand by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests, while ensuring that all common areas are presentable and run in an efficient and professional manner
- Support daily operations with regards to office supplies, equipment, and food orders.
- Assist with on- and off-site event planning and coordination for meetings, holidays, fundraisers, and other events.
- Performs administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, shipping packages and sorting/delivering daily mail.
- Assist with organizing and setting up conference rooms for presentations and virtual meetings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as accept direction on assignments
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and very detail oriented
- 0-2 years of related experience in an office setting
- High School Diploma or GED
