- Diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimates
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needs
- Write and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service database
- Calculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records
