Location: Maitland, FL | Pay: $70,000–$80,000 |A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and prior management experience.Key Duties:Lead and perform technical troubleshooting (phone/field)Supervise installations, warranty service, and field repairsTrain and support field technicians and internal staffCoordinate with engineering, quality, and service teamsQualifications:Associate degree or 3+ years of HVAC technical and management experienceStrong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system controlsSkilled in diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical trainingProven leadership and communication abilities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
