- 3 years of coaching at the interscholastic varsity level or higher required

- Superb tactical, organizational, motivational, and communication skills.

- A proven capacity to lead a varsity team to success in a competitive league and region.
- A commitment to staying current with the latest ideas in coaching girls' volleyball and athletics more broadly.
- The skills to provide consistently clear, positive, and productive communication with players, families, and members of the faculty.
- Belief in the value of student-athletes playing multiple sports.
- A commitment to supervise all travel, contests, activities, and events for the upper school program including JV and game management.
- Ability to plan creative and effective practice plans for your teams at all levels.
- Ability to serve as a resource for our student-athletes who aspire to play collegiately.
- A commitment to facilitate, train, and build programming for students in our Middle School and Lower School.
