What You’ll Do
Supervise Care Teams: Provide leadership and oversight for nurses and caregivers, ensuring quality care for residents
Monitor Resident Health & Safety: Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and procedures
Conduct Nursing Assessments: Perform and review assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations
Medication & Treatment Oversight: Ensure proper medication administration and address any health-related concerns
Support & Mentor Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and clinical support to caregivers and nurses, fostering a positive and skilled care team
Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Act decisively in urgent situations, coordinating appropriate medical responses and follow-up care
Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met across all operations
What You Bring to the Role
Active RN License in Minnesota (Required)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting
Strong clinical and assessment skills with a passion for senior care
Ability to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices in nursing care
