- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of skills or equivalent combination and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
- Eight (8) years' low voltage industry experience with three (3) years' supervisory experience in low voltage systems.
- BICSI RCDD, preferred.
- NICET certification, preferred.
- Responsible for a single department or functional area either as a manager or functional expert.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in leading projects in the federal government marketplace that successfully deliver practical and innovative technical and training solutions to challenging clients.
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency specific regulations, including the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
- Experience in managing projects with employees in multiple locations nationwide.
- Experience in implementing Quality Control Plans.
- Individual must be either a citizen of the U.S. or a non-U.S. citizen who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as evidenced by a Permanent Resident Card (USCIS I-551).
