We’re seeking a Managing Operator to take the lead in running a Quick Service restaurant with locations across East Coast!You will take on the business as if it was your own! This will be as close to running your own business as you get, without taken on the financial risk. What we are looking for..
  • Proven experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant management
  • Results-driven - motivated by performance-based rewards and growth opportunities
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials,including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and building teams from the ground up.
  • Willingness to put in the time and effort required to turn around or build up a location.
