
Member Recruitment Coordinator | Syracuse, New York

- Worksite Location: Syracuse, New York (must be local to Syracuse and have transportation to travel to local universities for events.)
- Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Set up tables/tents in high-traffic campus areas
- Engage students and add them to the marrow registry
- Lead and coordinate volunteer groups (sororities, fraternities, etc.)
- Approach 300+ individuals per day
- On feet most of the day, often in hot weather
- Responsible for setup, takedown, and overall event leadership
- Typically schedule 3 events/week (more during October, fewer after Thanksgiving)
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Outgoing, proactive, high energy, and charismatic
- Comfortable with physical demands (standing, lifting equipment)
- Able to lead and inspire volunteers
- Self-motivated and organized
- Experience with sales, customer service, or public-facing roles preferred
- Experience connecting with college-age individuals preferred
- Public health or nonprofit experience is a plus
