- Business Development is at the intersection of Marketing and Sales.
- We collaborate with marketing to create marketing materials and to develop quoting and ordering processes to support compliance needs.
- We work hand-in-hand with the sales force to provide them with marketing materials, qualified leads, training, quote and order support, and delivery execution.
- It is an ever-changing and varied role.
- This position is responsible for the business development (including delivery) for our growing Professional Services product line.
- This includes eLearning courses, Blended Learning training engagements and Start-up assistance.
- It is also responsible for back-end management of our Exclusive Loaner and University Loaner programs along with follow-up activities for our flagship client Used Equipment business.

- Create Marketing Plans and Collateral in collaboration with KGSO Mktg and KGM
- Train the HW and Services field in Education Services (Startup Assistance, Blended Learning, and Exclusive Loaners)
- Collaborate/Train SEO Management and SEs
- Identify opportunities for KES with the HW and Services field
- Manage the KES Blended Learning funnel and Loaner Funnels
- Create Blended Learning deal pricing
- Approve PL PS quotations
- Locate/Manage trainers
- Monitor eLearning order implementation
- Manage virtual and in-person course delivery
- Create Exclusive Loaner deal pricing
- Manage pool of loaner equipment including training, university and exclusive
- Support Used Equipment Business Development Engineers when/where needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive, etc. Related majors or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Support
- Field/sales experience is a plus
- Great at engaging with customers and showing value add of solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Other languages are a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a multi-discipline, international, cross-functional teams
- Strong inter-personal communications skills with the ability to influence
