**This role will follow a hybrid schedule: MTW in office, Th & F WFH**Responsibilities:
- Responsibility #1. a. Develops communication plan to provide continuous communication to the project team members, customers, and project sponsors regarding the status of the project. (15% time)
- Responsibility #2 a. Identifies resources needed to complete work and collaborates with resource manager(s) to assemble appropriate skills/teams and resources. Manages Issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established within the Project Management Office. (10% time)
- Responsibility #3 a. Determines the project schedules, identifies the critical path and potential risks. Effectively applies scheduling standards and enforces them with the project teams. Leads Project Team to maintain project work plans and drafts required deliverables. (15% time)
- Responsibility #4 a. Forecasts, manages, and reports on project financials, planned and actual project schedule, and resources utilization. Understands basic revenues models and cost to completion projections making decisions accordingly. (15% time)
- Responsibility #5 a. Facilitates Project Reviews and provides information for audits, status reports, and Executive review meetings. (15% time)
- Responsibility #6 a. Responsible and accountable for delivering medium and occasionally large projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting functional and quality specifications. Manages Project Expenditures both Forecast and Actual, (Capital Budget). (25% time)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 4-7+ years in an information technology capacity with understanding of various technologies including, applications, databases, networking, telecommunications and connectivity.
- 3-5 + years of experience in a Project Management role with a strong background in team development.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence or equivalent toolsets
- Experience with Clarity PPM or other Portfolio / Program Management Software
- IT infrastructure knowledge
- ITSM Service management (ITIL certification a plus)
- Security and Compliance Awareness (Vulnerability Awareness)
- Process Focused
- Project Management certification or equivalent;
- Experience leading small to medium scale new application development or infrastructure deployment projects.
- Experience with and knowledge of multiple systems development life cycles, (i.e. Iterative, Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to lead a team and deliver all phases of complex systems assignments.
- Expert level of proficiency in MS Office Suite of products, (i.e. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic familiar with Clarity or other Portfolio / Program Management Software;
- Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification or experience preferred
- PMI Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification will be beneficial
- Experience and/or Certifications with leading Agile Tools preferred (i.e. Jira)
