- Provide comprehensive litigation support to a team of attorneys
- Prepare and e-file documents in Superior, Federal, and Appellate Courts
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including pleadings and subpoenas
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing complaint packages
- Manage hearing reservations, calendaring, and document organization using tools like Best Authority and iManage
- Handle discovery tasks and manage document production
- 3–5 years of legal assistant experience in a civil litigation setting (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal macros
- Experience with iManage and Best Authority is a plus, but not required
- Salary: $80,000–$85,000 (up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
