Our client, a leading player in the engineering sector, is seeking a Controls Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a Controls Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Controls Hardware EngineerLocation: Wixom, MIPay Range: $45 per hourWhat's the Job?
  • Develop and implement GM EPLAN Standards (GCCH) for various projects.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed engineering designs.
  • Custom engineer and design enclosures using GM standard/template.
  • Perform power and heat calculations using GM e-tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
What's Needed?
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus.
  • Experience in custom engineering and design of enclosures.
  • Strong analytical skills for power and heat calculations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
