Process Lead – Production Supervisor
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite, First Shift: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)
Compensation: $80,000–$93,000 base + ~8% profit-sharing bonus
Reports to: Production Manager

The company employs approximately 11,000 people across North America and Europe and has a deep-rooted culture of recycling, innovation, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a lean manufacturing environment. As a Process Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency across eight production machines, including a corrugator and seven converting lines. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, process optimization, and mentoring operators to elevate machine performance and product consistency.You will partner closely with the Asset Owner and Reliability Lead in a Line Centric Team (LCT) structure, helping to lead a team of 60 operators across three shifts.
