  • Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
  • Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
  • Primary areas of expertise include rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, and electrical control systems.
Normal Work Week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with one-half hour for lunch. Must be available to work a flexible start and stop times and more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week during and after normal business hours including holidays and weekends if needed.Technical and Other Skills Required:
  • Virginia Journeyman or Master HVAC
  • At least 18 years old
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to climb on ladders and work from heights safely
  • Able to lift 75 lbs
  • Efficient and organized
  • Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test
  • Possess a clean driving record and current drivers’ license
  • Regular attendance required, must have reliable transportation
