PAY RATE: Up to $28.91/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Industry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Participate in test design and perform routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and systems.Support system integration, modification, pre-test setup, checkout, and post-test tear-down.Conduct routine tests, analyze data, and document results.Troubleshoot basic lab and test-related issues.Work under close supervision with training and mentorship provided.Build electronic test equipment for multiple programs.Interpret engineering drawings, select tools and materials, and fabricate per specifications.Requirements:AA degree in a related discipline is a plus but not required.Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawingsProficiency with crimping, soldering, and using a multimeterBasic electrical and mechanical knowledge/experienceMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
