Qualifications: * Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Kentucky
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
