As a Collections Analyst, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable department supporting the finance team. Ensure payments from assigned customers are received as per the established terms.
Complete the daily worklist, following the appropriate steps of the collection’s strategy.
Timely documentation, logging, and escalation of unsolved disputes.
Reconcile customer accounts and related collection efforts.
Perform credit risk assessment of new and current customers based on payment and order history.

Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable.
