3-7+ years Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) experience – Financial Service Cloud Experience RequiredGood understanding of Salesforce Data Models, Configurations, Integrations and Automation flowsWrite clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteriaAnalyze and clean up technical debt in a legacy Salesforce orgLead and facilitate requirements gathering and working sessions with stakeholdersDesign scalable Salesforce workflows and automationCommunicate effectively with business users and technology teams, ensuring clear alignment and follow-upsOwn documentation and tracking of requirements, decisions, and coordination with developers (agile methodology)Ensure solutions respect platform limitations and best practicesSalesforce Admin Certification Required
