General Operator - New Madrid

- Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour for day shift.
- Night Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.50/hour for hours worked after 6:00 PM.
- Rotating shifts: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (schedule changes every 4 weeks).
- Full-time availability required.
- Paid orientation every Wednesday.
- Label, bag, tag, and palletize seed.
- Re-bag returned (backhaul) seed.
- Inspect and clean seed pro boxes.
- Maintain accurate seed inventory records.
- Perform general warehousing, shipping, and maintenance duties.
- Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred (not required).
- Experience: Must have recent forklift experience.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs and work indoors/outdoors on uneven surfaces.
- Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak fluently).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Must wear steel/composite-toe boots covering the ankle.
