Description :Darigold is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Systems Analyst I to join our growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates with limited ERP experience to get hands-on exposure to enterprise systems like Oracle Cloud ERP. In this position, you’ll will partner and collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support business process improvements and ERP-related projects.Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington.   • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for ERP-related processes.
  • Support the configuration, testing and deployment of ERP solutions.
  • Work with functional users to understand current workflows and recommend enhancements.
  • Help prepare user manuals, training materials and functional documentation.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by writing test cases and logging defects.
  • Analyze and report data to support finance, procurement or operations teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders during system upgrades and patch cycles.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in ERP system support or business systems analysis.
  • Familiar with Oracle ERP/Cloud, Oracle Transportation Management.
  • Cloud Based Technologies: Oracle Transportation Management OTM Cloud, Managed PaaS Cloud, Cloud based hosted applications (3rd party), Oracle/Azure DevOps Application: OTM On-Premises up to 6.4.3 & OnCloud –22C
  • Tools: SQL Developer, WINSCP (servers), Putty, Altova XML Spy
  • Languages: SQL, PL/SQL
  • Integration: OIC, Mulesoft, various EDIs
  • Databases: Oracle 12c Web: XML, HTML, JSPX

  • Compensation range: $78,000 - $98,412 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge, and skills)
