- Direct client care, including care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.
- Serve as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
- Collaborate with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
- Provide crisis intervention, including crisis assessment and de-escalation.
- Provide onsite collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments.
- Support and foster team values within the treatment team to provide support and remove barriers.
- Maintain superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests.
- Participate in committees (both internal and external) and meetings.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure.
- 1+ year of experience in the behavioral health field.
- 1+ year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural a plus.
