Project Coordinator (Scoping) Wireless TelecommunicationsWe are seeking a Project Coordinator (Scoping) to provide critical support to the Project Manager by maintaining document control, managing databases, tracking project activities, and coordinating team communications. This role ensures that project goals are achieved on schedule and within budget, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain document control, organized electronic project files, and accurate recordsManage databases including uploading, retrieving, and tracking project documentationMaintain RFDS database in coordination with internal teams and customersTrack project activities and maintain project trackers and client databasesCoordinate and communicate project updates to ensure all stakeholders are informedParticipate in daily and weekly deployment meetingsMonitor project status at all times and assist in resolving issues proactivelyRequired Qualifications2+ years of project administration experience (1+ years as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training or education may substitute for some experience)Strong background in data analytics and data entryAT&T project scoping coordination experience is a strong plusDetail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesSpecific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formula creation, and data manipulation preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain accurate, organized project filesPreferred BackgroundExperience in telecom design work, right-of-way projects, small cell projects, or wireless/fiber telecom workFamiliarity with project tracking databases and project controls systemsAdditional DetailsRemote position East Coast candidates preferredOpportunity to work on dynamic wireless telecommunications projects supporting major industry clientsIf you are a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong data management skills and telecom project experience, wed love to connect with you.Please send your resume to hmccormick@selectek.net for consideration.
