We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a growing specialty business in the healthcare industry. These positions are full-time and onsite, with the potential for remote work in the future. Candidates must reside in Cary, NC or surrounding area and be comfortable working in an office environment at this time.As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracyIdentify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfactionSupport patients with information related to medications, co-pay programs, smart/debit cards, and insurance claimsAssist in claim adjudication processes and resolve benefit issuesDeliver accurate and timely information to both patients and healthcare providersDocument all customer interactions in compliance with internal policiesRequirements:Must reside in Cary, NC or surrounding areaHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environmentReliable attendance and commitment to a 40-hour work weekWork Location Details:
This is a 100% onsite role located in Cary, NC.
