Our client seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing anything electrical in their battery pack, including board and system design, integration, and business development support.Role
  • Develop and maintain the electrical system architecture for our battery pack products
  • Design, test and integrate analog and digital audio processing techniques into our products
  • Design and test electrical circuits, PCBs and embedded systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standards for electrical systems and components
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform simulations to evaluate system performance
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements
  • Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
Lead Electrical Engineer Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital audio processing techniques
  • Experience in board and system design, integration, and testing
  • Familiarity with PCB design software, such as Altium or Eagle
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, programming languages, and microcontrollers
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Ability to support business development activities by providing technical expertise and guidance
